I received this WONDERFUL grill from my mom for Christmas. I finally broke it out a couple of weeks ago. I was so excited to use it, until I saw the sticker on the top of it that read: "Please remove sticker before cooking". A wet washcloth, butter knife, calls to customer service, and a few choice words later, I finally got the sticker off. In case anyone is looking to purchase one, customer service did reassure me that no, I was not the first person to complain and they will no longer be putting stickers on their grills. Thank goodness. What Einstein thought of that???
